non pas dans mes souvenirs, mais selon la loi, je pense qu'on n'a pas le droit de faire de l'anti pub sur un forum libre comme celui-ci... ce serait comme citer une marque et la discréditer... ça le fait pas

Je ne sais pas ce qu'en dit la loi, mais d'un autre côté nous faisons aussi de la pub, donc si on peut faire de la pub...mais bon, sans m'égare-je n'ayant pas les textes en main

Faut pas confondre la diffamation et la mise en garde. Si un site a bel et bien été la source d'une arnaque, c'est tout à fait légal de le dénoncer, puisque le site a lui même violé la loi.
Dire que ce serait illégal d'avertir les gens contre des arnaques sur internet, ça revient à dire que c'est illégal de lancer des avis de recherche...

Montréal est une ville, non une marque
j'ai dit ça plus haut parce que je suis une fidèle de doctissi** et il s'avère qu'il y a des modérateurs qui surveillent les sujets et qui nous réprimandent lorsque nous citons des marques... il en va de même avec les noms des docteurs, leur adresse etc....
je ne suis pas étudiante en droit, j'ai juste dit ce qui me semblait logique
